LNG regasification project in Latin America. EnerChemTek developed a comprehensive study for an LNG regas project in Latin America which involved extensive analysis in the following topics: supply chain of natural gas/LNG for Latin America; LNG batch size and frequency; LNG offer in the region; LNG CFR price at receiving terminals: current and projected. For that study we developed a model that included: price projections for LNG and liquid fuels; demand scenarios including sectorial consumption for power generation, industrial, refinery use (fuel and feedstock), and potential transportation use; capital investment costs; operating costs; cost-benefit analysis by sector comparing current local prices for fuels with international benchmark prices.
